Whether you are recuperating from a hospital stay, living with chronic illness, or dealing with the natural course of aging, our nursing care services can be of assistance. Our services include but are not limited to medication administration, IV administration, wound care, developing a plan of care under the supervision of your Physician, scheduling doctors’ appointments and communicating with other healthcare Professionals to meet your needs. At Westwood Home Health we can provide to you in your home setting Physical therapy, Speech therapy, and Occupational therapy along with Home Health Aide services. Our Registered Nurses and our Licensed Practical Nurses will administer the appropriate care and education to assist you in your recovery.
